"Postman is easy to use and practical"

Linnea is responsible for developing and updating the website and social media. A large part of the job is the newsletter that is sent to thousands of subscribers throughout Sweden.


– Our newsletter is a very important part of our communication. This not only the case for our relationships with customers, but also with other stakeholders, says Linnea Eriksson.


The newsletter comes out about eight times per year and covers news, events, promotions, and new car models. It's important that the letter contains both interesting reading and special offers.


– In the latest issue, we reported among other things on our summer promotion and wrote about our presence at Almedal Week, says Linnea Eriksson.

Chose Postman after careful consideration

Mitsubishi Motors have recently switched to Postman, as earlier suppliers couldn't meet their requirements for simplicity and efficiency of use.


- We chose the Postman newsletter tool because it's a practical and very effective tool.


Linnea highlights the drag-and-drop feature as a simple and convenient solution for the fast design of newsletters. But she also thinks Postman has more solutions that provide advantages over other newsletter tools.


– The Postman newsletter tool has easy to use features for segmenting subscribers into different groups in order to target information. We have also made use of the statistics tool to see which articles are most popular. This makes it easier for us to get an insight into what interests our readers, says Linnea Eriksson.

Sees need for other Paloma features

Mitsubishi Motors has chosen to start with a small package of Paloma's services, but Linnea Eriksson already sees the need for supplementary services offered by Paloma, such as that for connecting SMS mailings and surveys to phone numbers.


– We will probably increase our orders of Paloma's services. I have had good service and good help from Paloma, and the contact I've had with them has been trouble-free, which makes my job easier, says Linnea Eriksson.
